I founded DeMarco Mechanical in 2012, propelled by a desire to reshape the industry landscape that I had become all too familiar with. Previously, I was a part of a larger corporation, where I witnessed first-hand the deceptive practices and lack of genuine service that often left customers feeling trapped and underserved.
Having experienced the high-pressure sales tactics and subpar work quality, I decided it was time for a change. I envisaged a company that prioritized customer needs, offering the best options, competitive prices, and exceptional service. I believed in the power of personal touch, something that was missing in the impersonal dealings with larger corporations where customers rarely interacted with the same representative twice.
