They came and did an excellent job included the work in one day they cleaned up after themselves and the system looks really well they even mounted on the wall like we wanted to. Adrian is our go-to guy for anything to do with gas and HVAC, both residential and commercial. The latest project we had Adrian work on was a repair-turned-replacement of a commercial rooftop A/C unit. It was a nightmare scenario with the constant heatwaves during the summer, parts scarcity, and manufacture defects. Adrian really came to bat for us fighting the manufacturers and their nonsense. He made it his mission to get us going with A/C so we can resume normal business operations. I wouldn't have blamed him if he decided to retire early while dealing with a lot of BS on our project but he stuck with it and came through for us!

Our gas was turned off because we had a gas leak. Contacted DeMarco mechanical in the evening they came out the next morning. Managed to get all of the problem solved and found a few more that the inspector missed. Will surprised at how quickly they got everything repaired and the gas back on. Definitely recommend them!!!

Adrian previously installed a new gas line and a new gas oven, I was so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and the fact he took additional precautions to protect our property, that I asked him to install a new air conditioning unit. Adrian came to our home the next day, he purchased the AC unit and made the whole process stress free and seamless. Adrian is organized, extremely knowledgeable and has years of expertise. I was impressed with Adrian’s prompt communication, the fact he took additional precautions to protect our home, he minimized any additional damage to walls or drywall during the installation, in fact he managed to avoid any damage to the drywall by feeding the lines above the ceiling. I had an issue with my combination boiler. Adrian from DeMarco Mechanical Services came out to assess the situation. We both agreed that the boiler was old and an upgrade was required. Was really happy with the service and the quality of the boiler installation.
