Adrian came to our home the next day, he purchased the AC unit and made the whole process stress free and seamless. Adrian is organized, extremely knowledgeable and has years of expertise. I was impressed with Adrian’s prompt communication, the fact he took additional precautions to protect our home, he minimized any additional damage to walls or drywall during the installation, in fact he managed to avoid any damage to the drywall by feeding the lines above the ceiling. My mother had her gas meter replaced by enbridge gas. As a result they tagged the appliances as unsafe/gas leak and shut off gas at the meter. I called Adrian and he was out first thing the following morning and resolved the issues, inspected the lines for leaks and safety cleared the appliances. Adrian came out when he said he would, and came in just below the quoted amount. He was very professional and very knowledgeable.
