My mother had her gas meter replaced by enbridge gas. As a result they tagged the appliances as unsafe/gas leak and shut off gas at the meter. I called Adrian and he was out first thing the following morning and resolved the issues, inspected the lines for leaks and safety cleared the appliances. Adrian came out when he said he would, and came in just below the quoted amount. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Very glad I went with DeMarco Mechanical Services Inc. Adrian installed a new combi boiler for me after my old boiler started to fail. He was willing to try and save the 37 year old boiler, but in the end, going with the new more efficient boiler was a better choice. Adrian and Amir were professional, hard working, and the system is running really well right now and mostly importantly, there is heat again :) Both were was easy to talk to and they make sure that everything will run smoothly. My rental hot water heater form Encare was leaking CO gas, and we had no hot water for almost 3 days, since Enbridge shut off our gas lines.. Encare did not care and wanted to charge us a crazy amount to find the leak, even though their equipment was faulty and we have died because of the Co2 gas! I was lucky enough to have found De Marco on google. He left his other jobs and came to repair the gas leak and brought us a new tank. I am so grateful to Adrian. he is a true professional and a gem. Never ever use Encare! Worst company.

Called them recently for a gas leak issue. Adrian sent over a technician within 2 hours, the guy was friendly and skilled. He quicky checked and ruled out the potential causes which were more serious anf finally figured out the issue. Fixed everything within an hour. Great service, quick response.

Alex -- our technician -- was extremely professional & knowledgeable; he ensured we understood exactly the required work and we never felt like there was any push on us for unnecessary work.
